Envy Gaming Appoints Three New Executives to Board
North American esports organization Envy Gaming has expanded its board of directors with the addition of three new executives.
JDA.media CEO Angela Betasso, Tupelo Honey founder and CEO Carey Glotzer and Hilton Howell III have joined Envy's board of directors, which will add two new directors and fill one existing empty seat.
Angela Betasso has over 30 years of experience in media sales organizations, previously serving as Director of Revenue for the media conglomerate Tribune Broadcasting. Betasso is currently President and CEO of JDA.media, a media sales and consulting company.
Carey Glotzer has a 25-year track record in broadcasting and digital content production, streaming and sports programming with Gray Television. Note that it was his company that invested $ 28.5 million in the organization in March. In addition, Glotzer is also the producer of the Emmy Awards and is the CEO of the Gray Television subsidiary Tupelo Honey.
Hilton Howell III is an entrepreneur and investor in the media and gaming industries. According to a press release, he brings the experience of running tournaments and coordinating digital campaigns to reach a young audience.
