Lamborghini strengthens its esports ties

Lamborghini esports has announced that it will host The Real Race, the second racing event. Assetto Corsa Competizione was chosen as the game in which the competition will take place, and every virtual racer from all over the world can take part.

The event will be part of a general championship that starts in June and ends in November. Virtual drivers will take part in open qualifying rounds, which are scheduled for weekdays. The top 40 players will make their way to the closed qualifiers, which will take place every Saturday. Half of the best competitors will compete in the final event, The Real Race. The riders will take part in two races, which will be played on the same track. It is noteworthy that the top twenty will visit the headquarters of the Italian automaker of super racing cars and play in the decisive matches there. The best riders will not only have the opportunity to take part in races with official Lamborghini racers, but also become the official representative of the Italian supercar manufacturer in virtual reality.

The competition will include three tournaments that will take place in Europe, America and Asia. In each of the regions, the organizers will arrange 10 open qualifying sessions.
