State Farm becomes an official partner of Twitch Rivals North America

Insurance and finance company State Farm has partnered with streaming platform Twitch to become the Official Marketing Partner of Twitch Rivals North America.

As part of a multi-year deal, State Farm will be collaborating on a number of activations in this series, one of which will be an unnamed event hosted by an insurance company. This event is scheduled to take place at the end of the year.

Twitch Rivals is a series of tournaments in which top streamers compete against each other across a variety of disciplines. Note that last week State Farm sponsored the inaugural Pummel Party stream from Twitch Rivals.

State Farm and Twitch also announced "State Farm Spotlight," a broadcast integration that will allow hosts and cutscenes to analyze gameplay and strategies. According to the press release, the activation will focus on game tactics, maneuvers and team configuration. In addition, State Farm has also been named Twitch's Official Insurance Partner for North America.

Note that dt entering into an agreement with Twitch Rivals State Farm partnered with the streaming platform as part of Twitch Rivals Streamer Bowl II in February 2021 and broadcast charity events.

Twitch Rivals North America's latest partner joins a growing list of prominent sponsors for the event. Among them are Samsung, Doritos, Old Spice, Dunkin and Verizon.
