Balitmore Ravens signs multi-year agreement with Esports Ent Group
Esports Entertainment Group has signed a multi-year agreement with Baltimore Ravens to host esports tournaments in the NFL franchise.
According to the agreement, Esports Entertainment Group will host esports tournaments for Ravens every two years. The competition will take place through the Esports Gaming League platform, which the company completed acquisition in January.
In addition, Esports Entertainment Group will use Ravens player images and create their own videos to promote their tournaments in the local market. The promotional materials will be rolled out as part of Ravens' digital marketing efforts spanning the franchise's social media, email, mobile and online channels.
As a result of the deal, Baltimore Ravens will become the fifth professional sports franchise to partner with Esports Entertainment Group. The first deals were struck in October 2020 when Esports Entertainment Group signed deals with LA Kings and Galaxy.
