UTA adds FaZe Clan to its client list
Global talent and entertainment agency UTA has announced the signing of North American esports organization FaZe Clan to its roster or clientele.
According to the press release, UTA will work to strengthen the organization's brand by developing partnerships around the FaZe Clan.
This is not the first time that UTA and Faze Clan have crossed paths, as UTA has previously become an intermediary in deals with NickMercs, Swagg and Mongraal.
Note that UTA's esports division also includes many prominent names in the industry such as Pokimane, Scump, Symfuhny, and Valkyrae. Faze Clan will continue to support their esports teams, which span content development and production, talent management, legal operations and brand partnerships, through being represented by UTA.
The partnership is expected to continue to develop FaZe Clan's content products and follows on from the organization's appointment of former NFL chief executive Bill McCullough as executive vice president of content. As part of his role, McCullough is expected to oversee the development and expansion of FaZe Clan's original content, which includes connectivity to a variety of media channels.
