eUnited signs agreement with Rise Above the Disorder
EUnited, a North American organization, has announced a strategic partnership with Rise Above the Disorder (RAD), a mental health nonprofit. Rise Above the Disorder is a non-profit organization dedicated to breaking down barriers to access and access to mental health care.
Through this partnership, eUnited will be able to offer access to mental health professionals to all of its teams, according to the organization's official statement. In addition to providing mental health care to its players and staff, eUnited plans to help raise awareness of mental health issues by educating its audience. The organization has also committed to raising funds for charity with future activities.
Note that eUnited is represented in several esports disciplines including Rocket League, Rainbow Six Siege, Smite, and Super Smash Bros.
As a reminder, in November eUnited abandoned a merger agreement it signed in June that would have allowed it to merge its business with the Toronto Venture Exchange (TSXV) listed on Backstageplay.
