Saudi Arabia has intentions to build an esports hub within its borders
In the city of Qadiya City, Saudi Arabia, there's a groundbreaking initiative in the works: the establishment of a dedicated esports district, slated to be completed by 2030.
This district will feature four gaming arenas equipped with comprehensive infrastructure. It's projected that collectively, these venues will accommodate up to 73,000 spectators simultaneously, promising grand and exhilarating events.
Additionally, this area will host 25 clubs and 30 video game companies aiming to set up their regional headquarters. This move is set to create a unique platform for the advancement of esports and the gaming industry in the region, attracting the attention and participation of numerous enthusiasts and professionals in this field.
