Chad Larsson, the founder of the Canadian eSports club, spoke about this news on social networks. The compulsory step to reduce staff and players was made due to the loss of temporary funding.
As a result, the organization got rid of the lineups of Rainbow Six Siege, Apex Legends and Gears of War. In their arsenal there was only the Crossfire team and the League of Legends roster, playing under the Rainbow7 tag, for which Reciprocity has co-owner rights.
On February 27, Team Reciprocity entered into a letter of intent with the TSX Venture Exchange, listed on the Rainy Hollow Ventures, indicating a reverse takeover. Chad Larsson said that after the reverse takeover, the eSports club will continue to operate.
