Intema Solutions rebrands as React Gaming Group
Canadian esports and gambling company Intema Solutions has rebranded itself as React Gaming Group Inc. The company will continue to manage its esports teams and other assets under the new name, and will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol RGG.

The addition of LOOT.BET has significantly boosted our revenue and we are confident that we will be able to expand our leading online gaming and betting activities to new promising markets.Over the next few weeks, we will launch several marketing initiatives aimed at increasing the LOOT.BET fan base, which is currently estimated at more than 500,000 users, and we will launch monetization programs for other subsidiaries that make up our esports ecosystem, including HypeX.gg, the Bloodhounds and Generationz teams, and Parabellum Esports."
React Gaming Group is the owner of the betting company LOOT.BET, the social gaming platform HypeX.gg, as well as the esports teams Parabellum Esports and Team BloodHounds. The new name and branding have reportedly changed to reflect the company's activities in the esports and gambling sectors.
Recall that in May last year, Intema Solutions acquired LOOT.BET for $14.75 million. The company also became the owner of Parabellum Media, the parent company of esports organizations Parabellum Esports and Northern Shield Academy, for $564,570. Parabellum Esports is represented in CS:GO, Rainbow Six and Rocket League disciplines.
