When the organization disbanded in 2019, Tribizzle was hired as the general manager for the newly formed Soniqs organization.

Tribizzle, new CEO of Soniqs: “I am excited to take on a greater leadership role at Soniqs. But I still intend to work closely with our teams and partners on an ongoing basis. Taking on the role of CEO will allow me to serve Soniqs partners and teams in more depth. Stay tuned as we have more exciting news about our facilities and lineups planned for this year."

In three years of work, the Briton helped the Rainbow Six team achieve incredible results, namely, to win NAL - 2021 Season - Finals and Razer Invitational 2021. In addition, together with him, the team got into the top three winners at NAL - 2021 Season - Stage 2 and NAL - 2021 Season - Stage 3, and also took 5-6th place in the Six Invitational 2022.

With teams in PUBG, VALORANT, Rocket League, Rainbow Six and World of Warcraft, the organization has grown significantly since its founding three years ago. At the same time, the organization aims to become the leading esports brand on the East Coast.
