The organization NAVI took a position on its future

The Ukrainian eSports organization NAVI issued an official statement in which she spoke about her future. In particular, the club spoke about its plans to restore the usual mode of operation and thanked the partners for their support.

The war continues. Every resident of Ukraine, including NAVI employees, does everything in their power: they protect cities as part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and territorial defense, provide assistance as volunteers, or simply take care of loved ones.

NAVI is a Ukrainian club founded in 2009 in Kyiv. More than 90% of our employees are now in Ukraine and are not going to leave the country. We take people out of the most dangerous regions and help them find housing. On our cars, volunteers daily deliver humanitarian aid around Kiev and the region, and all the clothes from the NAVI store were distributed to people who spend the second week in cold bomb shelters, to children in hospitals and orphanages.

NAVI as a club will soon restore its work in the currently available format. We will start covering matches, publishing videos and communicating on social networks. Returning to the “normal” mode of operation does not mean that we will stop talking about events in the country, pretending that everything is in order. Now more than ever it is important not to be silent about what is happening and to support each other. Probably, already in March we will launch several projects in support of the people of Ukraine. We hope for your understanding and cooperation.

The organization also said that it had terminated the partnership agreement with Tinkoff Bank, thanking the remaining partners for supporting the club.

GG.BET, Monster, Logitech G, Bybit, Puma, Nissan, Anda Seat, CS.MONEY, Socios, DMarket, AMD and Philips OneBlade have supported us through this difficult time. Many have offered all possible assistance, including relocation, and continue to fulfill their obligations. We appreciate it and thank you for your support!

Separately, we want to say thanks to the tournament partners ESL and BLAST, as well as many European and American eSports clubs, for their position and support for Ukraine.

From the start of the war, we broke off relations with Tinkoff Bank. We cannot work with brands that are oriented to the market of the aggressor country.

At the end, NAVI spoke about the future of personnel policy, as well as its plans to restore operations.

Thanks to our partners, we will be able to keep each employee and all the teams of the club. However, in the future, NAVI will review its personnel policy. The club will definitely not include those who support military aggression against Ukraine. Moreover, geopolitical changes in the world have affected the logistics and movement around the world, which we also cannot ignore.

In addition to esports, we have another equally important team - the NAVI team. These are more than 80 employees who almost always remain in the shadows. Now we stick together and help each other.

We believe that when the war is over, we will return to our office and continue to develop NAVI together.

Recall that on the eve of Oleksiy Kucherov, who is the operating director of the Ukrainian eSports organization NAVI, in an interview for the Dexerto portal, he spoke about the future of the club. In particular, it was reported that some players may change citizenship, while the organization plans to move its office to another city or country.
