Nerd Street Gamers Teams Up With CSL Esports And Albright College
Tournament operator Nerd Street Gamers is joining forces with CSL Esports and Albright College. As part of the collaboration, the parties will begin developing an esports facility that will be located at the college located in Reading, Pennsylvania.
John Fazio, CEO of Nerd Street Gamers: “Combined with the available opportunities, student esports programs create new opportunities for prospective students, expand the school curriculum and serve as a foundation for the surrounding communities. We are pleased to continue our national partnership with our second partner school, Albright College to develop a state-of-the-art esports facility that will house their school's team, provide cutting-edge educational opportunities for their students and become a hub for innovation in the surrounding community. "
The 10,000 square foot facility will contain a range of state-of-the-art play equipment that will be available to everyone. In addition, the college will have separate rooms for its eSports teams along with a premise for educational programs.
Note that this is the second major collaboration between Nerd Street and CSL Esports. The parties, along with NACE and Mainline, launched NACE Starleague last year, one of North America's largest student esports leagues.
