The Chiefs Esports Club and Optus extend their partnership agreement
Australian esports organization The Chiefs Esports Club is expanding its partnership with telecommunications company Optus. Through the partnership, the two brands will continue to collaborate to create gaming content in Australia over the next 12 months.
According to a press release, the partnership aims to "understand the needs of gamers and create services tailored to their needs."
Nick Bobir, CEO of The Chiefs: “ Optus has been an integral partner not only for the Chiefs as a brand, but also for our players and content creators over the past 12 months. We are delighted to continue to build momentum and add value to the gaming market here in Australia. "
As part of the renewed partnership, Optus will feature Chiefs branding, including the organization's League of Legends, Rainbow Six Siege and VALORANT teams.

As a reminder, the partnership between The Chiefs Esports Club and Optus was originally signed in July 2020. The organization also recently announced a two-year strategic partnership with Jesse Lingard's esports organization JLINGZ Esports.
