Valve has released another update for Dota 2, which changed the abilities of many heroes, as well as changed many items. In addition, it is worth noting that a new rating season has started in the game, which has reset the ratings of all Dota 2 users. Information taken from the dota2.ru portal.
General changes
- the average reward for killing melee creeps is reduced by 3;
- increase in reward for killing ranged creeps increased from +3 to +6;
- main camps of ancient creeps are replaced with large camps;
- heroes no longer receive 25% more bonuses from basic attributes;
- the growth of the main attributes of all heroes is increased by 15%;
- health gain from strength increased from 18 to 20;
- the amount of experience for gaining levels from 7 to 12 has been increased from 640/660/680/800/820/840 to 720/750/780/810/840/870;
- Movement speed of Naga Siren, Underlord, Monkey King, Nyx Assassin, Bloodseeker and Riki increased by 5;
- Alchemist, Dragon Knight and Meepo movement speed increased by 10;
- Legion Commander, Lifestealer, Lycan, Sven, Ursa and Wraith King movement speed increased by 15;
- the movement speed of ranged heroes with a speed of 295 or more is reduced by 5;
- Tier-2 turret armor increased from 14 to 15;
- Tier-3 turret armor increased from 14 to 16;
- melee barracks armor increased from 13 to 15;
- Tower Protection armor bonus for tier 2-4 towers increased from 3 to 4.
Items
Animal courier
- Movement speed after upgrade increased from 460 to 470.
Aeon Disk
- bonus resistance to effects after activation increased from 50% to 75%;
- Recipe cost reduced from 1,350 to 1,250.
Battle fury
- additional damage to units is now equal to Quelling Blade.
Bloodstone
- Bloodpact now converts 30% of your maximum mana to health instead of 60% of your current mana.
Bloodthorn
- cooldown reduced from 18 to 15 seconds.
Boots of travel
- Movement speed bonus after upgrading an item to level 2 increased from + 32% to + 35%.
Buckler
- Armor bonus duration after activation reduced from 25 to 15 (same works for Mekanism).
Crimson Guard
- Recipe cost increased from 600 to 750.
Drum of Endurance
- now grants +20 passively. to the owner's movement speed instead of the aura by 6% additional movement speed.
Ethereal Blade
- effect duration increased from 3 to 4 seconds.
Eul's Scepter of Divinity
- now gives +20 pts. movement speed instead of + 6%.
Holy locket
- now requires Energy Booster instead of Void Stone to build (+325 mana).
Iron branch
- cast range increased from 200 to 400.
Manta style
- Movement speed bonus reduced from +25 to +20.
Mask of madness
- health steal increased from 15% to 20%.
Mekansm
- in the presence of several items in the team, the limit on the reuse of the active ability coincides with its recharge on other heroes (the same mechanics as with Crimson and Guardian Greaves).
Meteor hammer
- range increased from 300 to 315.
Necronomicon
- Melee unit Last Will damage increased from 550/675/800 to 600/700/800.
Nullifier
- effect duration increased from 5 seconds to 6 seconds.
Phase boots
- Now requires Blades of Attack instead of Gloves of Haste to build; bonus to armor increased from 5 to 6;
- Now gives +18 damage for melee heroes and +12 for ranged heroes instead of +20 attack speed;
- bonus speed for melee heroes upon activation increased from 20% to 22%.
Power treads
- Now requires Gloves of Haste instead of Blades of Attack to build;
- the bonus to the selected attribute has been reduced from 14 to 10;
- now gives +20 attack speed instead of +12 damage.
Sange and yasha
- Reduced movement speed bonus from +35 to +30.
Solar Crest
- now gives +20 pts. movement speed instead of + 6%.
Spirit Vessel
- damage increased from 4.5% to 5% of current health;
- now gives +20 pts. movement speed instead of + 6%.
Tranquil Boots
- movement speed bonus after activation increased from 24% to 26%;
- passive movement speed bonus reduced from 20% to 18%.
Vladmir's Offering
- no longer requires a Headdress to build and no longer provides its bonuses;
- now requires a 525 gold recipe to build.
Wind lace
- now gives +20 pts. movement speed instead of + 6%.
Yasha
- Movement speed bonus reduced from +25 to +20.
Yasha and kaya
- Reduced movement speed bonus from +35 to +30.

- Curse of Avernus curse duration increased from 4 to 4.5 seconds;

Alchemist
- base movement speed increased by 10;

- Chemical Rage attack time reduced from 1.3/1.15/1.0 to 1.2/1.1/1.0;
- level 10 talent now reduces the cooldown of Unstable Concoction by 8 seconds instead of 7;
- The level 20 talent for Unstable Concoction now adds damage to max, rather than base.
Ancient apparition
- Chilling Touch damage increased from 50/85/120/155 to 50/90/130/170;
- Ice Vortex manacost reduced from 65/80/95/110 to 50/70/90/110
- AoE from Cold Feet in the level 25 talent decreased from 900 to 700;
- level 25 talent now increases maximum health to kill with Ice Blast by 5% instead of 4%.
Anti-Mage
- Fixed Counterspell bug, due to which the player received double magic resistance when the shield was on.
Arc warden
- Spark Wraith damage increased from 100/160/220/280 to 100/170/240/310;
- the duration of the ultimate Tempest Double increased from 14/16/18 to 16/18/20;
- Level 10 talent now grants 30 attack speed instead of 25.
Bane
- Enfeeble now reduces the opponent's attack speed by 50/75/100/125 instead of 40/60/80/100;
- Enfeeble manacost reduced from 70/90/110/130 to 50/75/100/125;
- level 10 talent now adds 7 defense instead of 6;
- Fiend's Grip duration increased from 5 seconds to 6 seconds
Batrider
- Firefly now gives a bonus to speed - 4/7/10/13%;
- Firefly duration reduced from 18 to 15;
- Reduced Firefly cooldown from 40 to 34.
Beastmaster
- Inner Beast attack speed reduced from 15/25/35/45 to 10/20/30/40;
- Summoned Hawk health reduced from 300/450/600/750 to 150/200/250/300;
- Level 15 talent changed from +40 to boar attack to +65 to damage from Wild Axes;

Windranger:
- talent at level 15 now gives +125 to attack range instead of 120;
- Level 15 Talent now grants +125 Powershot Damage instead of +100.
