Aston Martin released a collection of NFT tokens
British sports car manufacturer Aston Martin announced the release of a collection of non-fungible tokens that will be implemented as a Vantage model.
The developers of the collection are the creators of video games The Tiny Digital Factory. They had a hand in creating 3,000 different Aston Martin NFTs. They will mainly feature models of three generations of Vantage. Users will be able to purchase NFT items in the form of Vantage, Vantage GT3 or V8 Vantage 1980.
In addition to the fact that the collectibles will differ according to the models produced by the English car industry, all tokens will also have differences in uniqueness. Users will be able to get the Aston Martin Vintage NFT in three levels: legendary, rare and epic.
In early 2023, Infinite Drive, a game for mobile devices, will be released, in which owners of NFT items will be able to use their tokens and drive the acquired Aston Martin Vantage. By the way, the mobile game will be released both on Android and iOS devices.

Aston Martin will release an NFT collection based on the Polygon sidechain, and the price of each model will be 66 MATIC, which is $ 52 in dollar terms at the time of writing. Non-fungible tokens are available on the Magic Eden NFT marketplace.
Whitelist Tier 2 is currently underway at Magic Eden. The first round has already been completed, and the second will end in 2 hours. At the end of the second stage of the Whitelist, a Public Sale will be available, within which users will also be able to mint premium car NFT tokens.
The difference between a whitelist and a public sale is the number of cars that can be obtained. In the first two cases, developers are allowed to release 50 items per wallet. In the public sale, users will not be restricted from purchasing virtual vehicles.
This is not the first time Aston Martin has decided to release their NFT collection. In March last year, the English carmaker entered into a multi-year partnership with Crypto.com. The cryptocurrency platform has become a sponsor of the Formula 1 team from Aston Martin. The cost of the deal was not disclosed, and in February 2022, the first AMR22 NFT collection was already presented. It appeared on the NFT marketplace from Crypto.com.
Aston Martin is releasing a collection of non-fungible tokens this time as part of a collaboration with the developers of the game Infinite Drive, who, as previously stated, plan to release a mobile app in early 2023.
In the automotive world, the emergence of NFT collections is increasingly common. Earlier it became known that the German auto industry Porsche announced a set of non-fungible tokens, which will not be implemented in the most usual way.
While in the case of other collections, NFT token creators come up with the concept of a set of items and implement it on their own without receiving feedback from users or requests, Porsche decided to do something completely different.
They announced that obtaining non-fungible tokens will take place in several stages. At the first stage, users will have to place an order and pay for it. At the second, they will give their wishes regarding the design of the car that will be created for them. In the third stage, designers and 3D modelers will get to work and start chasing objects. At the fourth stage, buyers will become happy owners of their unique NFT tokens.
In addition to Porsche, there are other automakers that are making moves towards such an unusual sector in the cryptocurrency industry. In early December, the Italian-American auto industry Fiat decided to try a very unusual marketing method and created a virtual Fiat Metaverse Store.
The car shop in the virtual world was created through a collaboration with Touchcast and Microsoft. It is noteworthy that you can come to this salon not only to look at the cars and get the opportunity to sit in them, but also to get advice.
Fiat has hired a staff to provide real-time customer service and assistance to answer any questions they may have. Representatives of the Italian-American car manufacturer can provide customers with all the information they need about the Fiat 500.
Renault became partners of the well-known metaverse The Sandbox 3 months ago. According to the parties of such an unusual partnership, the French auto industry can provide users from the virtual world with a completely new experience of interacting with cars.
Speaking of Renault, it is also worth recalling their creation of the world's first industrial metaverse, which is designed to facilitate work in the real world. They copied the schemes of real factories in which production is carried out, and thereby automated some processes.
In addition, such a metaverse will help them improve their logistics processes and, according to experts, will save more than $300,000,000 in a few years.
