In our preview of DreamHack Open Summer 2019, we noticed the fact that OpTic had been playing with another esportsman on its roster. Now, the organization officially confirmed the information about the departure. The team played with René ‘TeSeS’ Madsen at the past DH Summer 2019 and placed first, due to which earned the main money prize in the sum of $50,000 and an invite to DreamHack Masters Malmo 2019.

Marco Pfeiffer has been part of the roster of OpTic Gaming since April last year. Together with his teammates, he managed to become the silver medalist at DreamHack Open Summer 2018 and cs_summit 3. Snappi stopped playing for OpTic at the end of May and TeSeS is now at the team as a player on a trial period.
