s1mple temporarily rejoins with Team Liquid
Team Liquid has announced about temporal rejoining with Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostylev. He is going to play as a stand-in for the next 2 CS:GO tournaments.
Robin Nymann, Team Liquid official representative, has officially announced about the replacements in the roster in his open letter to fans:
“We’ve decided to part ways with Eric ”adreN” Hoag. Eric has been released from his contract, and is now a free agent. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Eric through the good and the bad, and we will always remember the great moments that we had together. We genuinely hope that he will find a new place to call home in Counter-Strike very quickly. ”
He also announced in this letter, that the team has already signed a new player, but they are not ready to announce his name yet. He will not join the team in ECS Season 1 and ESL One Cologne 2016 matches. Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostylev will replace him during these events.
“With that said, it’s with a bit of a grin on our faces and a lot of excitement that we’re bringing s1mple and all of his cheeky shenanigans with us to London and Cologne. He'll be standing in for us during these two events, and we know the fans will be eager to see him in Liquid colors once more. “
