Organizers of WESG 2017 have informed that had started receiving applications to the open qualifying round in the African region.
The qualification will be hosted online and will be divided into two subregions: North Africa and South Africa. One slot in WESG Finals and $5,000 will be up for grabs in each region.
The registration for the qualifying round will be carried out till January 16. The qualification will place in South Africa on January 18-21 and in North Africa on February 8-11.

Sign UpWESG 2017 World Finals will be run in China in March. The city that will host the tournament is unknown at the moment. A prize pool in the sum of $1,500,000 will be up for grabs for 32 teams.
