NAVI coach explained the replacement of flamie with B1t
On April 11, NAVI talked about the transfer of flamie to the reserve for the first RMR tournament. Valery 'B1t' Vakhovsky will take his place in the team. In one of the recent videos that appeared on the Natus Vincere channel, Andrei Gorodensky explained this act on the part of the management. According to the mentor Yegor 'flamie' Vasiliev faced difficulties even before the arrival of Valery 'B1t' Vakhovsky. Yegor already had some kind of overstrain and now the team's coach will assure everyone that flamie just needs a temporary rest:
B1ad3 said the following:
"The replacement of[flamie with B1t]happened because we had a drop in results. The last two tournaments we had failed. First of all, the problem faced the nearest RMR. You can't make replacements on it, there must be five players. between Yegor and Valera. Now you cannot play him: he is under pressure and cannot show maximum. Neither work with a psychologist, nor advice, nor successful games helps him. There is instability at a distance, this is due to his tightness. <...> In order for any progress to be made, Yegor needs to rest, work on himself, rethink everything and come with new strength. <...> Perhaps[replacing flamie will hit his self-esteem even more], but if Yegor would stay with us, then, most likely, he would not have been able to make the leap that the team needs. "
Analyst Arseniy 'CEH9' Trinozhenko recently said that he believes Yegor's departure from the starting roster is not a temporary solution:
“In Natus Vincere, another era, its next round is coming to an end. Despite the fact that NAVI officially announced that flamie is not being removed from the roster, but decided to transfer it to a certain reserve, we perfectly understand that it will be difficult to return from this reserve to the NAVI base. must show some kind of super-motivation, an unreal desire to play and win. For this he will have to score on entertainment, friends, family and spend a lot of time playing and learning new things. "
