Left because of a difficult situation - HardPlay told why he decided to stop Hard Legion in CS: GO
Alexey 'Hard Play' Baranov posted a video on the organization's YouTube channel explaining his departure from CS: GO, and also talked about how the decision was made to assemble the roster, how much was spent on the organization and what the team will have to do next.
According to Alexei, more than 20,000,000 rubles (~ $ 265,000) were spent on the club, but on the one hand he feels sorry for such money, but at the same time he does not regret what he has done, since he considers the embodiment of the idea more important than money, which sooner or later leave.
As for the reason for leaving, he reported the illness of his youngest 4-month-old son. Alexey said that he decided not to deceive his players and not promise them mountains of gold, since he does not know how things will go next. The youngest son has already undergone two operations, which indicates the severity of the disease, but his condition has become more stable, so Baranov looks at the situation with optimism and promises to return the activities of Hard Legion to normal soon.
Earlier, the coach of the team, Sergey 'starix' Ischuk, said that the players will continue to play together under a different tag and will look for a new club where they will continue their careers as professional CS: GO players.
