"Na'Vi legends lying about me publicly won't make me lie about them. It certainly will make me respect them far less and continue to tell true stories about what pieces of shit they were, though."

Duncan 'Thorin' Shields talked about how Natus Vincere could abuse their influence and violated the regulations of various tournaments. As one example, he cited the 11-year-old Arbalet Cup Dallas 2010 tournament.

NAVI players of that time, represented by Daniil 'Zeus' Teslenko, Ioann 'Edward' Sukharev and Arseniy 'CEH9' Trinozhenko, made fun of Thorin's words and said it was not true. Ukrainian caster and esports figure Vitaliy 'v1lat' Volochay also criticized Thorin's words. Duncan Shields is not the only Western person who is unhappy with the actions of NAVI. Earlier, well-known journalist Richard Lewis spoke negatively about CS: GO Natus Vincere coach Andrei 'B1ad3' Gorodenskiy, after which an argument began on Twitter between him and v1lat.
