Official CS: GO servers to appear in Russia?

On his Twitter-account datamayner Dzhundik Paul wrote that he had found in the database Steam information on new Moscow server the CS: the GO.

Important note: according to Pavel, this server will not be a real device, but a virtual game network of Valve like Steam Relay.
