HEN1 left the starting roster of FURIA Esports
FURIA co-owner Andre Akkari has revealed on social media that Enrique 'HEN1' Teles has left the starting lineup of FURIA Esports. He expressed a desire to assemble his own roster, in which he can reunite with his brother Lucas 'LUCAS1' Teles. Andre always knew that HEN1 wanted to start playing with his brother. He said that he simply "cannot discourage a guy who made it into the top 16 and did a great job in 2020." For this reason, the Brazilian gladly made concessions to the player. In addition, Akkari said that FURIA received an offer to buy out the contract with an amount of 10% of that specified in the contract. Now the decisive word will be for Enrique Teles himself.
HEN1 and LUCAS1 once played together on the same team. Their biggest achievement was the 2nd place at PGL Krakow Major 2017 under the Immortals tag.
In his statement, Andre Akkari said that LUCAS1 and kNgV-, with whom the Teles brothers performed, have already joined a certain esports club, and therefore we can assume that soon we will see HEN1 in the same roster as the above Brazilians.
Enrique 'HEN1' Teles joined FURIA Esports in September 2019 and helped the team for the first time in history to enter the top three CS: GO teams in the world according to HLTV. At the end of the year, the team dropped to sixth position, but, nevertheless, did not leave the top ten.
FURIA Esports roster:
- Yuri 'Yuurih' Santos
- Andrey 'arT' Piovesan
- Vinicius 'VINI' Figueiredo
- Kaike 'kscerato' Kerato
- Enrique 'HEN1' Teles (reserve)
