NAVI has officially unveiled their new CS 2 roster
Esports organizationsNAVI and Sprout have announced an agreement regarding the transfer of Igor "w0nderful" Zhdanov to NAVI's CS2 roster. This eighteen-year-old sniper will be taking the place of Alexander "s1mple" Kostylev, who transitioned to inactive status on October 26.
Igor "w0nderful" Zhdanov boasts impressive achievements, including a victory at the FiReLEAGUE 2022 tournament with a prize pool of $150,000 and a notable 5-8th place finish at IEM Rio Major 2022. Throughout his career, he has played 407 maps on the professional stage, maintaining an impressive rating of 1.22.
The revamped NAVI CS2 roster is gearing up for upcoming tournaments, such as the BLAST Premier: Fall Final 2023 (from November 22 to 26) and the BLAST Premier: World Final 2023 (from December 13 to 17). The team also plans to undergo a preparatory boot camp in Barcelona, where, in addition to intensive training, the players will work with their new performance coach, Ursula "Xirreth" Klimchak.
Igor "w0nderful" Zhdanov expressed his joy and deep gratitude to his fans and friends. He emphasized that joining a legendary organization like NAVI has been his long-standing dream.
