IEM China 2024 will take place in the city of Chengdu

The tournament organizer ESL has announced that IEM China 2024 for CS 2 will take place in the Chinese city of Chengdu. In their Twitter announcement, the organizer shared information confirming that the championship will be held specifically in Chengdu.

As of now, there is information available about 11 participating teams, with an additional 5 set to be determined through regional qualifiers. FaZe, G2, FURIA, Heroic, Astralis, MOUZ, Complexity, Monte, Cloud9, VP, and Lynn Vision have already confirmed their participation in the tournament.

IEM China 2024 is scheduled to occur from April 8th to April 14th in Chengdu, China. Teams will compete for a prize pool of $250,000 and the opportunity to secure a spot in IEM Cologne 2024.
