It looks like Capcom has a decent sequel to the cult series. The freshly released Resident Evil: Village gathered over 100,000 users simultaneously near the monitors.
Indicators of peak online games in the series
- Resident Evil: Village - 101,000 players
- Resident Evil 2: Remake - 74,000 players
- Resident Evil 3: Remake - 60,000 players
- Resident Evil 7 - 18,000 players
- Resident Evil 6 - 11,000 players
- Resident Evil - 4,000 players
- Resident Evil 0 - 3,000 players
The fairly large number of concurrent players is clearly a good sign for the Village. Most likely, in the next few days, the number of users in the game will slightly increase, after which it will naturally decline.
