Last year's epic deal has come to its logical conclusion. A few minutes ago, after successful certification with the US Antitrust Authority and the European Union, ZeniMax officially became part of Microsoft.
The head of the game division Phil Spencer warmly welcomed the newcomers to the studios, at the same time hinting at future projects in particular Bethesda. At least some of them will be exclusive to PC and Xbox.
In honor of the landmark date, the Xbox Game Pass service will acquire new titles by the end of the week. More details will be revealed at a special event rumored to take place on March 11.
