The Elder Scrolls Online is preparing a massive expansion
Bethesda continues to actively develop The Elder Scrolls Online by adding fresh content to the game. This time, players are waiting for the expansion "Oblivion Gate", which will be one of the largest additions since the release of the MMO.
The events of the add-on take place 800 years before the start of the plot of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. We will need to find out what intrigues the Daedra Mehrunes Dagon is building.
The Oblivion Gate content will be released in parts. Its first portion, called "Fire of Ambition", will appear on servers on March 8th.
New dungeons and interactive events await us there. Players will have to raid the shrine of the Prince of Destruction in order to obtain a mysterious grimoire.
The second part of the add-on will be the "Black Forest" patch, which is due out on June 1 this year. With him, over 30 hours of story missions, a new satellite system, a 12-player trial and much more will be added to the game.
After the "Black Summer" in the game there will be raid additions that open access to the dungeons of the III and IV quarters. More information on Oblivion Gate can be found here.
