Defend, Japanese! - PlayStation 5 crashed as a result of a critical bug that appeared
Jeremy Penter said that he tried to restore the PS5 system, after which it failed. At first, he encountered network problems, then it was difficult to start the console, and after that a critical bug gave an absolute crash and the console stopped starting. Before that, he managed to contact Sony technical support, but the latter did not have time to help him.
A journalist from Giant Bomb had an idea why this might be happening with the Japanese console. If Jeff Gerstmann is correct, then the PS5 shuts down after the console is put into standby while Marvel's Spider-Man remaster is running. Insomniac Games has already started analyzing the situation and fixing technical issues.
Sony representatives have not yet commented on the situation. The PlayStation 5 began selling in the US, Canada and Japan today. The rest of the world will go on sale on November 19.
