Ninjas in Pajamas partners with Mercuryo
Swedish esports organization Ninjas in Pajamas has partnered with cryptocurrency company Mercuryo ahead of BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2021.
The agreement provides for cooperation between Ninjas in Pajamas and Mercuryo throughout the championship. The deal includes a three-episode content series that is said to focus "on how Mercuryo can improve your productivity" and also shows the similarities between games and cryptocurrency.
Ryan Tinsley, Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager at Ninjas in Pajamas, commented on the news:“We are so excited to start working with Mercuryo during our BLAST Premier Spring Finals campaign. It's no secret that cryptocurrencies continue to grow in both payment and investment models., with the increasing availability of cryptography to more and more vendors around the world. That is why we are partnering with Mercuryo to offer our fans the ability to safely, inexpensively and easily convert any fiat currency to cryptocurrency. "
According to the press release, other promotions are expected to be revealed and shown directly during BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2021, however specific details have yet to be revealed.
Note that 2021 has become a pretty busy year for the Swedish organization. Along with rebranding and signing device, the organization has partnered with Samsung and WWF.
