FACEIT has started using account authentication verification to combat scammers and boosters
FACEITFACEIT has introduced a new system called FACEIT ID, which will help combat fraudsters, smurfs, boosters, and cheaters. The company made the official announcement on its social media channels.
Currently, the verification process is voluntary and only required for participation in certain tournaments and qualifications. To pass the identity check, users need to provide a photo of their passport and a personal photo.
