Hero & Aspect Fixes

  • Power Cogs (Expanded Armature aspect)Fixed an issue where Power Cogs were pushing heroes outward instead of pulling them inward. Players have noted that the force behavior now feels slightly different, which may impact familiar interactions.
  • Spin WebResolved a critical crash bug where removing webs could cause the game client to crash, especially problematic in long-duration matches.

Items & Ability Interactions

  • Smoke of DeceitFixed a bug that prevented Smoke from being used from the backpack when the inventory was full, if it was delivered by a courier.
  • Miscellaneous interaction fixes include: Abilities disappearing when replacing a frog during an ultimate activation
  • Melodies failing to activate when pressed at the same time
  • Incorrect buff behavior after removing the High Five effect with Catchy Lick
  • Item purchases causing effects to apply to both an ally and duplicate on the hero

Overall Impact ✅

  • No balance changes
  • Improved game stability
  • Multiple frustrating edge-case bugs resolved

This update is clearly aimed at polishing the experience rather than shifting the meta. Given Valve’s recent approach, it’s likely that more targeted micro-patches will follow in the near future to further clean up lingering issues in both pubs and ranked matches.
