The Grammy Awards will get an NFT analogue

The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, which established the US Grammy Awards, announced that they are entering the world of NFT tokens and will now also join modern cryptoculture. They announced a partnership with an NFT platform called OneOf. The latter is powered by the Tezos blockchain. OneOf previously signed a contract with the Latin Granny Awards to bring the Grammy Awards in Latin America to a new format.

Now the organizers of the Latin Grammy will try to weave together the world of music and art. They will be awarding the best music scores with the NFT Latin GRAMMY 2022 Limited Collection by artist Juan 'Quetzal' Fuerte. They will be unusual frescoes. Thus, the winners of the NFT Latin GRAMMY 2022 will be included in a limited number of owners of especially exclusive NFT tokens, indicating their musical achievements.

The Latin Grammy Awards, which is part of the NFT world, was founded by a Latin recording academy in one of America's resort cities, Miami. On the Latin analogue of the Grammy, only works with Spanish and Portuguese texts are auditioned and rewarded, as the name of the award indicates. The event is so big that it is broadcast by the largest TV channel Univision, which specializes in coverage of content in Spanish.

NFT Latin GRAMMY 2022 artist Juan Fuerte has chosen to tell stories about cities to residents. He tells about a difficult life by covering empty walls with colorful paintings, which are mostly an allusion to certain events. Thus, he wants to convey to people about the joys and hardships of our time. Juan painted many paintings of various sizes, but his most impressive work was Fuerza del Trabajador with a 72-meter hippopotamus.

This is not the first time OneOf has appeared in history related to the world of music. Previously, NFTs from such artists as The Rolling Stones, Whitney Houston, Ziggy Marley, Notorious BIG and others were seen on the NFT platform.
