The exact reasons for the ban remain unclear. SumaiL mentioned that he hadn't launched the game in some time and received the ban shortly after the recent Snap Tap ban update. However, he speculates that the ban may not be related to this update. SumaiL has reached out to Valve for assistance, but it is not known whether the developers have responded to his request.
