CS 2 has released a new update that fixes numerous bugs, including the issue with purchasing a full armor set for $350
Valve Corporation has rolled out an update for CS 2, addressing a multitude of bugs, including the glitch that allowed players to purchase the complete armor set for $350. Furthermore, certain weapons have received visual enhancements.
The main menu now offers Mirage as a background image option. They have fixed an issue where weapon recoil, such as with the MAG-7, sometimes caused the weapon model to shift downwards instead of upwards. The visual appearance of the UMP-45, MAG-7, R8 Revolver, and Sawed-Off has been refined. Troublesome weapon models that were improperly displayed during the previewing of new skins have been rectified.
The developers have also resolved an occasional problem where the 10-second music snippet failed to play. Footstep sounds on wooden stairs have been improved. The bug allowing the purchase of the full armor set for $350 has been eliminated. They have also addressed the issue with inspecting hunting knives. Adjustments have been made to the loading tooltips to prevent them from becoming stuck in the main menu. Additionally, the update includes numerous stability enhancements for the game.
