Chawzyyy and AcilioN left Apeks

Norwegian esports organization Apeks has announced their parting ways with Chawzyyy and AcilioN. Recall that both esportsmen left the club's starting lineup for CS:GO back in July, but their contracts expired just now.

Today we say goodbye to Chawzyyy and AcilioN. Together with the players, we reached a mutual agreement to terminate their contracts. We want to wish you both the very best as you move forward.

AcilioN joined the Apeks last summer, having moved from the Copenhagen Flames camp. In turn, Chawzyyy became part of the team at the beginning of 2022. Together, Chawzyyy and AcilioN became the winners of the Tipsport Cup Bratislava 2022, and also made it to the top three at Pinnacle Winter Series #1 and Fantasyexpo EU Champions: Spring 2022.

However, in the summer the club decided to rebuild the squad, announcing the departure of Chawzyyy and AcilioN in advance. Immediately after the international pause, the esportsmen left the Apeks starting roster, after which they were on the inactive list.

Note that the Apeks organization recently decided to withdraw its CS:GO roster from all tournaments amid unsatisfactory results. According to representatives of the club, the team needs time to think and assess their capabilities.

It's unclear when Apeks will return to the scene. Given the lack of major championships, the organization may think about the next changes in the team.
