On the official website of Dota 2, the developers have updated the DPC rating at the end of the PGL Arlington Major. It follows that the representatives of Southeast Asia from the Fnatic team are ahead of the Outsiders and take the last 12th place, which guarantees a slot at The International 2022.

Initially, many believed that the Outsiders would still go directly to the World Championship, finishing 7th-8th at the Major and earning 360 DPC points. However, Valve, having recalculated all the points, placed Fnatic above the Russian team. Fnatic earned 1020 DPC points while Xakoda and the team earned 1019 DPC points. Thus, the Outsiders will be forced to play the regional qualifier for The International 2022 in Eastern Europe.

The PGL Arlington Major has come to an end tonight. Team Spirit club became the champions, defeating PSG.LGD in the bo5 series with a score of 3:1. You can read more about this in our news.

The updated list of teams that received slots at The International 2022 is presented below:

  1. PSG.LGD - 2240 DPC points
  2. Team Spirit - 1810 DPC points
  3. beastcoast - 1810 DPC points
  4. OG - 1694 DPC points
  5. Team Aster - 1690 DPC points
  6. Thunder Awaken - 1540 DPC points
  7. BOOM Esports - 1482 DPC points

  10. Gaimin Gladiators - 1130 DPC points
  11. Evil Geniuses - 1052 DPC points
  12. Fnatic - 1020 DPC points

Recall that The International 2022: Eastern Europe Qualifier will be held from September 3rd to 18th of this year. The 14 teams from Eastern Europe that did not qualify for the DPC World Championship will compete for the only slot at TI 2022. Clubs that take 2nd and 3rd place in the qualifiers will take part in the Last Chance Qualifier.
